A gravel path through the trees on the Pendle Sculpture Trail

I love a sculpture trail in woodland. It always makes me look a bit more. We didn’t see every sculpture in the Pendle Sculpture Trail, and that’s ok. It was a more impressive trail than the one we did yesterday. That was partially to do with the scale of the sculptures, but also partially because of the surroundings.

I loved this. The colours. The stack of natural symbols. This was probably my favourite piece.

As we were walking back to the parking area in Barley we were able to look over at Pendle Hill and spot our route from earlier. Most satisfying.
