Yesterday’s bake: raspberry and dark chocolate loaf
This was a using up leftovers kind of bake. The raspberries were out of the freezer. The dark chocolate chips were approaching their best before date. I’ve recently come to realise how much I enjoy loaf cakes. They’re pretty easy to bake. Will work with most flavours. Are suitable for a mid-morning scoff or an afternoon treat with a cuppa. Hugely versatile and comforting.
