Yesterday's bake: Dark Chocolate Chunk & Sour Cherry Tahini Cookies
Another adaption from the healthy tahini cookies recipe. This time, I wanted to make them a little more chocolate-focused and just used what I had to hand to do it. Claude helped me figure out the ratios.
These cookies follow the normal recipe, but with a few tweaks: I added two tablespoons of cocoa powder and 35g of roughly chopped dried sour cherries. I also reduced the chocolate down to 40g.
