Yesterday’s bake: Chocolate cherry Recharge bars
Recharge bars have become a regular bake for me. They’re satisfying and indulgent, and they also score well for me on Zoe.
I gave Claude a photo of the recipe page and asked for ideas on how I might tweak it. Between us, we landed on the idea of a chocolate cherry version. It follows the same base recipe, with a few additions:
- a tablespoon of cacao powder
- 3 tablespoons of cacao nibs
- cranberries swapped out for a 75g pot of halved sour cherries halved
The changes worked well. This was my second bake using the variation, and it’s still hitting the spot. I might try a few other swaps at some point, but for now, these are working well.
