When planning a place to stop between our Forest Holidays site and home, I made use of the Forthglade paw print guide - a great addition to the National Trust guide book and website. Heading in the right direction from Thetford towards Brighton, about an hour into the journey, lies Wimpole Estate.

Not only was it pretty dog friendly, but it also had a folly and some EV chargers as well. A bit of a shame about the rain - I’m not sure we saw it at its best, but it was a good stop.
