Our neightbours brought us a leaflet from a recent trip to Wakehurst which showed dog walking routes. Wakehurst didn’t used to be dog friendly, so that was good news. There have also been adverts along the seafront for Rooted: a celebration of “one of the world’s most recognisable and loved plants – trees”.

Bank Holiday Monday came around with the sun shining. This seemed like as good an opportunity as any to go and combine the new dog friendly aspect with the exhibition.

We had a great explore - both the two-legged and four-legged members of the family - enjoying the scenery and the exhibition.
