On our way back from Deal, we stopped at Pegwell Bay to see the Viking ship. While we were there, I spotted some stairs going down to the water, so of course, we took them. They led us to the site of the old hovercraft terminal. I could still see kerbs and parking spaces peeking through the brambles and greenery, as nature slowly reclaims the space.
