Today’s walk: Wiggonholt Heath from RSPB Pulborough Brooks
This morning, I was thinking about a trip Richard, Skitters, and I took to a cabin in the West Sussex woodlands a couple of Novembers ago, remembering how much I enjoyed exploring Wiggonholt Heath from RSPB Pulborough Brooks. Today, we returned, this time with Breezy for her first visit. Just like before, we couldn’t enter the reserve, but we roamed the open access land and public footpaths. Breezy was especially intrigued by the highland cows, barking with excitement until we swiftly moved her along to avoid any commotion. For the record, the cows were securely behind a fence, so neither they nor Breezy posed any real threat to one another.
