Today’s walk: Trelissick
The forecast was for light rain all day, the kind we could definitely work with. I’d already picked out Trelissick as a good National Trust spot to visit. It was another place where we could get a Pooch Passport stamp, and a bit of research showed there was an estate walk that went through some woodland. So, off we went. It turns out we’d been here before, exactly 17 years ago, but neither of us remembered much about it at all.
The estate walk was lovely, winding along the edge of the estuary. The tree cover kept us mostly dry, and we enjoyed some really nice views.
We had lunch at the cafe and then did a quick explore of the gardens.
It was a great place to visit.
