On our way to Margate for the weekend to spend time with my father-in-law, we made a quick stop at Scotney Castle to collect another stamp in Breezy’s Pooch Passport.

Arriving just 15 minutes before the last admission, we knew we wouldn’t have time to explore all the grounds. Instead, we focused on a walk around the castle’s moat and through the gardens, finishing with a coffee (and a mince pie for Richard). Even though our visit was brief, we got a lovely feel for the place, and I’m hopeful we can return in the future to explore more thoroughly.
