We followed a short walk from the Ribble Valley & Bowland: Short Scenic Walks book after having already been for a walk in Gisburn forest.

I loved the signage at the Coach & Horses pub that we walked past at the start of the walk.

It’s really nice to see greens again after a summer of sandy brown colours.

At one point we looked out over a field teeming with bunny rabbits and ground-dwelling birds. Breezy was beside herself with excitement. No bunnies or birds were harmed under our watch I’m pleased to report.
