All too soon it was time to leave Wiltshire and head home. We decided to stop at Hinton Ampner - another National Trust place we knew was dog-friendly as it had appeared on the Pooch Passport.

There were a few different signposted walks , and we chose to do a couple of them. First, the Stewkeley walk and then, after a stop for lunch, the Ancient Tree Trail.

It was a great leg stretch in the middle of our journey that kept the dog and her humans happy.
