We first did this walk back in January and thought of revisiting when we were looking for a walk that featured water so we could try and keep Breezy cool. It was gorgeous walking through lovely lush meadows. Not as much water in the streams as we’d hoped, but Breezy did take a dip when the opportunity presented itself. We chose the alternative start point, which meant that The Owl was halfway around - time for a drink and a packet of peanuts for us and lunch for Breezy - before heading off again.
