Today’s make: Dukkah
Since I started using Zoe I’ve bought a lot of Salad Toppers - seed mixes to add on top of everything to give extra crunch and extra plants. I’d been meaning to make some myself since having an excellent breakfast at YouJuice in Hove last weekend which had a wonderful selection of nuts and seeds around it. Today I made dukkah, following this recipe. It smells amazing and tastes pretty good when sprinkled over some cottage cheese.
