Today’s bake: rhubarb, ginger and white chocolate scones
I got some rhubarb in my Oddbox order last week, and so I had a quick search here to find out what I’d used rhubarb for successfully before. This time last year I baked some rhubarb and ginger scones and enjoyed them. So I did the same again today, with the exception that I added some white chocolate chips to them as well. Well, it is Easter.
