Today’s bake: Raspberry Honey Flapjacks
I followed this recipe and used up the end of a packet of frozen raspberries that have been in my freezer for ages. So lots of small bits of raspberry, and not so many whole raspberries means that it doesn’t look as pretty. Waiting for it to cool down was agonising - it smelled soooo good. Fortunately, on cutting it up, some edge pieces fell apart a bit, so I got to try some on the pretence of cleaning up! 😋
