Today’s bake: Raspberry and blueberry lime drizzle cake
We had a lot of blueberries in the fridge. Some arrived in an Oddbox delivery a couple of weeks ago, and I hadn’t adjusted my weekly groceries to remove them. So I did what I always do, looking for a recipe I could use them in.
I found this recipe. I love a drizzle cake. I don’t really mind what flavours it has. I enjoy the syrup soaking into the sponge. This one is more of a traybake, so the drizzle can seep down further into the cake. Resulting in a lovely moist cake with great fruity flavours.
