Today’s bake: healthy tahini cookies
I baked these a little longer than the recipe suggested, as I opened the oven door to swap them around after 8 minutes. They came out slightly darker than expected, so I might reduce that to 7 minutes next time. The recipe was easy to follow and reminded me of the often revisited peanut butter cookies from the same site. The texture is a little like coconut macaroons – slightly chewy. A success.
