Today’s bake: cloud bread
I’m not entirely sure where I first came across the concept of cloud bread, but I’ve had a recipe tucked away in my notes for a while.
This was my second batch. I decided to adapt the original version so it would work as an accompaniment to a curry, adding ground turmeric and some chopped coriander into the mix. I topped them with nigella seeds before they went into the oven.
They worked really well.
