Today’s bake: almond ginger cookies
I followed this recipe. I’m not a massive fan of recipes that use cups. It always feels so vague. How tightly do you pack the almond flour into the cup?
Note to self: I went with a total of 250g of almond flour, and only needed 1 tablespoon of orange juice. The cookies came out well, taste and smell good, and look good too. Oh and they score pretty well with Zoe as well - 83!
