Today’s bake: Almond Flour Lemon Raspberry muffins recipe
After the success of the cinnamon muffins, I thought I’d try the Lemon and raspberry muffins from the same site. Lemon and raspberry are some of my favourite spring flavours, and these are properly lemony and pleasing. They also can use fresh or frozen raspberries which is helpful as frozen ones cope with being folded into the mixture much better.
