We listened to this series today while driving to and from Birling Gap. It could have been trimmed down to an hour-long documentary, but that’s beside the point—it was an excellent, informative listen. I vaguely remember reading about this when it hit the headlines, but I didn’t know about the detective work done by Dr Ittai Gradel, or the sheer incompetence of the British Museum’s investigation.
