Book review: The Secret Keeper by Kate Morton
Rating: 4 out of 5
I probably read this too close to the other Kate Morton book and so the story in 3 parts was a little familiar. That said, it was a nice, twisty, turny tale which had some well written characters
Highlighted passages:
Fairness might be the great sticking point for all siblings, but it was an obsession for those in the middle.
swallowed the lump that was always in his throat these days, of love balled together with a sadness he couldn’t articulate,
Perhaps all children were held captive, in some part, by their parents’ pasts.
Curiosity might have killed the cat, but little girls usually fared much better.
