Book review: The Reader on the 6.27 by Jean-Paul Didierlaurent
Rating: 4 out of 5
Some lovely characters, and some lovely depictions of scenes. The page about his Father’s death made me stop and think. The confused mind of a child who can make himself half-believe something brave and heroic over the sad truth.
I read it on a kindle. Does that mean I inadvertently sent a book to be pulped? Or granted the words a reprieve because they exist outside of a physical form?
