I’ve just finished reading this. I made a lot of highlights and notes. In many ways I wish I’d come across this about three years ago as it might have helped my grieving process.

Tomorrow I plan to review my notes and thoughts to see if I can make myself a self-compassion toolkit/checklist. And then hopefully I can make it a habit to help me live the rest of my life in a self-compassionate and self-appreciative way.

I’ve already bought two more copies as gifts for friends who I think could use to be a bit kinder to themselves.
