I haven’t baked anything in ages but as I got some plums in my Oddbox last week, I thought it might be time to revisit this bake. It is an easy to make but tasty loaf.

A note for my future self: ignore the half and half instructions on preparing the plums. Go for a third sliced, two-thirds chopped. I had more plum slices than would fit on the top of the loaf. So I ended up eating those.
