I heard Dr Stacy Sims speak on the Zoe podcast (https://zoe.com/learn/podcast-stay-strong-through-menopause) a short while ago, and I found what she had to say useful and informative. So I bought the book.

It has been an excellent read - though I did need to put time aside to read it properly, it wasn’t a good end of day just before going to sleep type book. I’m also not really target audience as I’m not an athlete. I’m a casual jogger. But I still found it useful, and I’m planning to pull together some of the vast number of highlights I made to work out a plan that can help me make the most out of my post-menopausal years.
