Rating: 4 out of 5

This book was well-structured and contained some really helpful information. Every part of it was relevant to me because it focused specifically on osteoarthritis in the hand, thumb, and fingers.

I’m leaving with one new activity to add to my daily routine: massage. Plus, I got a few fresh ideas for supplements. The author’s advice complements the excellent information I’ve already found on the Arthritis UK (formerly Versus Arthritis) website.

My only little grumble is the price: £4.75 felt a bit steep for what amounted to about an hour’s worth of reading. Also, the online arthritis clinic the author links to seems to have disappeared, which was frustrating because some of those links sounded interesting.

Still, the useful takeaways made it worthwhile since it was so focused on my exact issue.
