Book review: Mastering Macro Photography by David Taylor
Rating: 4 out of 5
A good photography book specialising in macro photography but relevant to a wider audience. I particularly liked the profile pages - the pages where specialist macro photographers were highlighted with an interview.
Highlighted passage:
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking you need the latest gear to take great shots, but you can’t buy your way to better pictures. What’s more important is that you understand the basics of exposure, focus, lighting, and composition - and those are all things you can learn with the simplest kit
