I’d booked us on to a dusk safari at the end of last year, which meant that our holiday ended with us being back in Brighton and heading off to Knepp. There are a lot of different safari options, and there are a couple of others that catch my eye - nightingales for one, beavers for another.

It was an excellent walk around - we saw a grey heron, red deer, fallow deer, white storks and longhorn cattle. And various ducks and other birds.
