We went to Millington Wood Nature Reserve for an explore. It isn’t the largest reserve ever, but it was a lovely place. Annoyingly there were a lot of gunshots disturbing the peace. Skitters is going a bit deaf so that meant we could continue the walk, rather than having to turn around and head home immediately.

After lunch, we headed off to see a school friend of mine and her family. Due to Covid, we haven’t seen each other for 3 or so years, and so it was wonderful to catch up with all of them. Amazingly the teenagers hung out with us as well.
