I love walking. I do a lot of it. I don’t need to read a book to convince me that it is good for me. I found this to be well researched and well referenced. It is quite in depth at times and isn’t a light read. But I did enjoy it, and I learned a few new things through reading it. I intend to continue walking - this year and every year that I physically can.
