Book review: Get Some Headspace: How Mindfulness Can Change Your Life in Ten Minutes a Day by Andy Puddicombe

I’ve been using the Headspace programme for a while now but hadn’t spotted the book. A good accompaniment to the programme. I can imagine that if you weren’t interested in the programme as well that the references to Take10 etc could be annoying. That said, as with the programme, it’s a very easy tone of voice and full of permission to learn and be kind and to be curious. Not in the slightest bit dictatorial. It’s probably worth a second read to pick up on the things I missed first time around.
