Gender Equal Snow Clearing in Karlskoga

8 July 2020

I’m currently listening to Invisible Women: Data bias in a world designed for men. One of the first stories in the first chapter is about this: A Gender Equal Snow Clearing in Karlskoga.

To me, it highlights the need to have a joined-up view to examine the impact of decisions. When you include the cost of healthcare caused by pedestrian accidents during snowfall, it changes everything and makes the prioritisation more obvious.
