From The Simple Things article reviewing Four thousand weeks by Oliver Burkeman

The harder you try to fit everything in, the more time you’ll spend on the least meaningful things. ‘If you never stop to ask yourself if something is a good use of your time, your days will fill with trivial and tedious things and things other people want you to do to make their lives easier, and which you didn’t think to try to resist’

The challenge of managing our limited time isn’t about getting everything done but how to decide what not to do. If you truly don’t have time for everything you want to do, or you feel you ought to do, you might have to make some hard choices

This resonates with me at the moment. I get a lot of things done, but are they the right things?
