I used the basic loaf recipe that Claude created but with a few changes. I reduced the vanilla extract to 1.5 teaspoons, added the zest of an orange plus three tablespoons of dried cranberries (after soaking, draining, and patting them dry). I’m really enjoying the orange flavour and the cranberries are nice and soft. I think it could handle another spoonful or two, so I’ll try that next time. I seem to be adding orange to everything at the moment.
