Book review: Finding Hildasay: How One Man Walked the UK's Coastline and Found Hope and Happiness by Christian Lewis
Rating: 5 out of 5
I’ve read a few books about challenges walking around places or to places and, somehow, even when they’re describing similar parts of a country, they are not the same. In this case Chris’s determination to follow the coastline no matter how hard it was or how long it took was a real feature in his journey. And I loved that Jet joined him and proved to be the perfect companion.
His descriptions of some of the Scottish islands he visited are beautiful, and inspire me to go and see some of them.
I’ll be reading the next part of the story when it’s available…
