A good introductory text to usability. Took me a while to read, but that’s mainly because it’s been in my desk drawer. Nothing revolutionary, but really clearly illustrated. Despite being quite an old book now (my reprint is 2006) because of the screenshots included, you don’t need to be able to visit the live sites to understand the points being raised.
