On Monday I visited the Colour and Vision exhibition at the Natural History Museum. I enjoyed this in a couple of quite different ways.

Colour and Vision

Firstly, because I’ve been interested in colour for a number of years. And it definitely contributed to and benefited from my underlying interest.

But also because I haven’t visited an exhibition alone in quite some time. And in fact, haven’t visited an exhibition at all in almost a year. I enjoyed spending time looking at things, taking my time to study them, and letting my imagination take over. But most delightfully to feel my curiosity stir. It feels like it’s been a while since I’ve been curious about things. I like it. I’d forgotten how alive it makes me feel.
