Big Butterfly Count 2023
I took part in the Big Butterfly Count again this year recording 142 butterflies over 10 species.

That’s 20 fewer butterflies and 2 fewer species than 2 years ago.
We were in different places, and the weather wasn’t great for butterflies this year. It’ll be interesting to see what the national records show.
