Almond Flour Banana Bread
I had some very sad-looking bananas. Normally I’d make a loaf cake but I felt sure that it would score badly for me in the Zoe app. So I had a hunt around the internet to see if I could find anything that used mushy bananas and almond flour/ground almonds and I found this recipe. I gave it a try today adding in a few bits of dark chocolate that I had sitting around. I think I converted the oven temperature wrong - I did 180 degrees fan and it should have been closer to 160 I think - which is why it’s a bit browner than it should be. But it scores well and tastes good, so I’ll give it another go at a lower temperature some other time.
